You should say "WOW" every time a high definition program comes on. A properly setup HDTV will deliver an astounding picture. In some cases, people that have HDTVs do not get true high definition pictures because of improper wiring or incomplete equipment initialization. If you're not seeing the "WOW", then you need to call us.

A properly working surround sound system should rock your world! Your speakers should envelop you and rattle you to the bone, transporting you into the center of action. If you watch Star Wars and you don't feel like you are actually in the spaceship cockpit, then you need to call us.

A big improvement can come from upgrading your subwoofer, or if you already have a good subwoofer, adding a second one. Most subwoofers sold at the big box electronics retailers only produce the middle bass and do not go down to the low bass. A subwoofer that truly fills in the ultra low bass will add a new dimension to your viewing experience. You may not notice it when its not there, but when it is there, you will say WOW!
