Sub Zero Sound is located in Frisco, which is north of Dallas, Texas. Our service area is primarily Collin and Denton counties, but we will travel to other areas.

Stephen Harner ,owner/partner, is an acoustical physicist and performs all technical analysis and design at SUB ZERO SOUND. He has had hands-on experience as a professional musician, an electronics repair technician, and a software engineer. Stephen designed his own microphone and instrument preamplifier for which he was granted patent #6,737,915: Tube Input JFET Output (TIJO) Zero Feedback Audio Amplifier. He has written many computer programs for audio and video switching systems and was co-inventor of patent #6,470,028: System and Method for Translating Telecommunications Signals of Span Interfaces. He graduated from The University of North Texas with a Masters in Physics and is a member of the Acoustical Society of America. Rachel Harner ,owner/partner, manages sales and business operations at SUB ZERO SOUND. She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and has a successful sales and business management background with more than 12 years in the staffing industry, an industry known for its insistence on client service. Trusted with revenue responsibilities exceeding $4M, she has been recognized throughout her career with sales awards and promotions. As a result of her experience and talent in client service she has been invited to consult and facilitate customer service training programs for several companies.
